  Design custom application enhancements and requirements changes in financial accounting, budgeting and business intelligence software to expand or refine functionality to meet business user needs. Write test scripts for user acceptance, requirement changes, enhancements and exploratory functions using CMMI Level III documentation standards. Clients include Department of State (DOS), Department of Justice, Director of National Intelligence (DNI), U.S. Railroad Retirement Board, Government Shared Services, and CACI. ♦ Scope of technical environment encompasses Momentum, Performance Budgeting (ERP), Vendor Self Service and Oracle E-Business Suite.♦ Work directly with Client Team, developers and/or customer management and users to gather business requirements. Translate to technical design requirements. Present mock-ups to users for approval. Correspond with users on to review acceptance test results and answer questions regarding software functionality.♦ Subject Matter Expert for Momentum Performance Budgeting including automating population of budget data requirements for SF-132 reporting to Office of Management and Budget. Design overridable error functionality with controls to ensure entry to error log to streamline reporting while protecting compliance. Design Mark Classification, Custom User Interfaces, Budgeting and Reporting Improvements, and Pentaho (SharePoint) shared sites. Design Performance Budgeting integrations to Oracle and client architecture, and created user guides.♦ Test dashboards and data visualization graphics for large datasets and multi-program reporting. Served as Liaison between CACI Developer, multiple department managers and users to gather requirements for integrating Momentum to existing Oracle business applications.
