  This job entailed me helping students with their literacy and arranging one-on-one sessions to help them with essays or reports. I assisted in English GCSE classes, providing extra support for students that have special needs and require additional attention. Through this job I have gained an in-depth knowledge of the curriculum and worked with young adults aged 16-18. I have been able to develop their organisational skills, whilst also helping them complete their academic work to the best of their ability. I also on helping EHCP students adapt to the new environment of remote learning, whilst arranging 1:1 support with students who require it. Additionally, I produced my own timetable where I could also assist in Fashion Vocational classes to help EHCP students complete and submit their work. I continued this work remotely through lockdown, and helped ensured that the students were meeting deadlines and completing work to the best of their ability. Show less
