  In 2012 I became a senior manager in BRAC. As a senior manager, I am responsible to oversee migration projects; advocate for safe migration; Utilize knowledge gained from Management research for better resource optimization.Recently developed first ever Migration Support Enterprise Project for Bangladeshi Migrant workers for sustainable development. Developed business canvass after analyzing Economic feasibility study through Human Centered development approach. Financial feasibility following business case analysis approach. At present synchronizing and shifting program approaches from non-profit to for profit approaches. Developing marketing strategy and enterprise development strategy for migration program of BRAC and Remittance based Enterprise for mgirant workers for sustainable development and self sustainability; Developing Value chain strategy for the migrant workers of Bangladesh for resource creation and resource optimization, mobilization and utilization.   Rapid Area Assessment (RAA) at Glan municipality of Mindanao in the Philippines. As a senior team member, had confirmed detailed area assessment from all the four paradigms of development are- Social Assessment, Market Assessment, Economic Assessment and State related affairs assessment. Developed report and presented among 15 country development professionals. Derived a development policy recommendation paper for conflict resolution for Sarangani area Financial feasibility, environmental feasibility, economic feasibility of Basco Batanes water project in the Philippines and developed management strategy for Basco Batanes municipality to become self sustainable project.Impact Evaluation study of "Phnom Goum river basin project" funded by Asian Development Bank in Lao PDR.
