      Projects: 1) INPEX Ichthys Turret & Mooring System (EPC) 2) NOBLE ENERGY FPSO Aseng (EPC) Responsibilities:• Cost estimating & Forecast Cost Analysis.• Develop code of accounts to breakdown the budget into its individual areas, by physical area, type of material and subcontract. This breakdown of costs will become the preliminary budget for initial control purposes.• Establish the Initial Budget for packages including all relevant technical / cost data and assumptions from the Estimating phase.• Monitor actual cost expenditures and commitments against the budget.• Prepare the monthly cost report and forecast cost to complete.• Provide the cost overview and suitable analysis with a view to minimizing project costs.• Preparing the budget variance analysis for every budget line item which the forecast value different from the budget value and exceed, either positive variance or negative variance.• Updating the budget transfer log for any movement of the budget from its initial budget line item.• Preparing internal variation order detail to link the Client’s variation order and e-Financial Forecast.• Preparing project manhours report with engineering productivity.• Ensure all projects are executed within the approved budget by monitoring and advising accordingly the status of each project; to act accordingly if any project is foreseen to exceed the approved budget.• Preparing the cash plan and percentage of completion status for the project.• Interface with Planning, Purchasing, Engineering, Construction, and Accounting team members for commercial and technical input throughout Project execution.
