      Once I was experienced in the Customer Services department in Debenhams, I moved into the social media team tending to customers' queries and complaints via Facebook and Twitter. During my time at Capita I progressed from Customer Experience Advisor to managing escalated customer complaints and co-ordinating social media. It started by answering basic customer queries over the telephone and progressing to answering escalated customer complaints both via email and telephone calls. This would include case management and liaising with both the customer and other departments within Debenhams.
