      Cooked at the Mile High stadium as well as the Colorado Convention Center. Worked for Chef Christopher DeJohn at the Mile High Stadium. Excellent chef with innovative ideas and creative techniques. Had the pleasure of working in all aspects of cooking. The bake shop, garde manager and hot side. Hot side was by far my favorite position. Action chef on the club level was my favorite.Colorado Convention Center was a learning experience.

      Worked as a prep cook and banquet server for Richard Burnett. Excellent chef from Kansas City, Missouri. Had some personal struggles so it was difficult to continue employment there. I definitely learned a lot about food and hospitality from him. He was very knowledgable and had probably the best barbecue I have ever had in my entire life. Also some of the best apple tartans and meatloaf I have ever consumed in my life.
