Excellent chef with innovative ideas and creative techniques. Had the pleasure of working in all aspects of cooking. The bake shop, garde manager and hot side. Hot side was by far my favorite position. Action chef on the club level was my favorite.Colorado Convention Center was a learning experience.

Had some personal struggles so it was difficult to continue employment there. I definitely learned a lot about food and hospitality from him. He was very knowledgable and had probably the best barbecue I have ever had in my entire life. Also some of the best apple tartans and meatloaf I have ever consumed in my life.
