  I involved in two projects under management of Magnet Solusi Integra Consulting. That are Work Load Analysis (WLA) and Job Analysis at Politeknik Pelayaran (POLTEKPEL) Surabaya. These are three months project from November 2018 until January 2019. (1) In WLA, my role as one of the assessors is to conduct interview with employees start from staff up to managerial level, and detailing their jobs into activities and then work hours/minutes. The consultant already have a system that consist the WLA’s equations that help the assesors count the numbers of work hours/minutes automatically. (2) In Job Analysis, my role was a supervisor for the team. There are five assessors under my supervision. Each of us handle about 25-30 employees that vary from staff up to managerial level. My adding role as a supervisor are (1) Giving the work guidelines so we have a good and same standart to do the job analysis, (2) Making a new Job Description template for the final report of each employees job description. It also would help my team to work under the same path, (3) Reviewing all of my team’s work and give them feedback if somehow there’re some mistakes on their work, and recheck again after they did the revisions, (4) Regularly meeting with client (The HR Manager and another department’s manager) to clarify their new job descriptions and their staff’s.
