      Providing a seamless customer journey is at the forefront of my day to day responsibilities. This would include the management of a customer support team and a technical team. As is the nature with customer supporting roles , there is an ongoing agile project team that work closely with me to improve customer experience via self service channels. With this in mind, it is not only a necessity but compulsory that I have a full view and in-depth understanding of our strategic goals, execution, delivery and financial boundaries in order to deliver the best customer experience while meeting our objectives.
