  Shift foreman

  As shift foreman working both day and night shifts I was in sole charge of ensuring continued plant operation and production while monitoring equipment and crew. As part of those duties I was charged with making sure that the equipment was operational and the crew remained productive and safe. The Soda Springs facility was one of an very limited number of OSHA 5 star facilities in the country which meant that safety was of the utmost importance. Daily duties included taking inventory, packaging and shipping product, maintenance and repair on equipment, supervising crew members and heavy equipment operation. Show less
