I also held critical roles like the Defect Manager and took proactive steps to build offshore competency.

  I played a crucial role as a Consultant and Delivery Manager in HCL Tech, a renowned global IT services company. My duties involved leading a team to implement platform services programs, facilitating the rollout & usage of IBM UrbanCode as a deployment tool , mentoring and coaching teams in adapting to SAfe Agile Framework . I was responsible for documentation and knowledge management using Confluence and Jira and maintained excellent communication with stakeholders and clients.

I also worked as a Senior Scrum master for multiple agile teams collaborating with Product Owners & other stakeholders to ensure smooth execution and delivery of initiatives.
