  At Infosys, from a software developer /Tester to Project Manager and Scrum Master, I handled various responsibilities like managing engagements for large banking organizations at Onshore , worked as a technical PM, coached and built high-performing teams, and helped establish a Test Centre of Excellence. I also held critical roles like the Defect Manager and took proactive steps to build offshore competency.

  I played a crucial role as a Consultant and Delivery Manager in HCL Tech, a renowned global IT services company. My duties involved leading a team to implement platform services programs, facilitating the rollout & usage of IBM UrbanCode as a deployment tool , mentoring and coaching teams in adapting to SAfe Agile Framework . I was responsible for documentation and knowledge management using Confluence and Jira and maintained excellent communication with stakeholders and clients.

  In my role as a Senior Project Manager at Wells Fargo, I played an integral part in driving complex projects with operational efficiency. My responsibilities ranged from project initiation to closure, managing budgets to the tune of 5+ Million USD and leading teams towards successful project deliveries. I also worked as a Senior Scrum master for multiple agile teams collaborating with Product Owners & other stakeholders to ensure smooth execution and delivery of initiatives.
