Main tasks: - • Carrying out and monitoring the project activities in the field with the proper application of tools and methodology.• Ensure an effective translation oral and or written of project documents/meetings upon request.• Ensure the accuracy of the Database, according to the information collected by the teams and in accordance with the data protection rules and guidelines. Contribute to the data analysis and provide any related report upon request.• Tightly followed up with the field teams on the most vulnerable, crisis Affected Persons (Individual cases) with the application of the SOP for field visits. • Ensuring the project forms have been filled properly using the relevant tools. • Conducted the needs assessments (health and protection needs, trends, and their humanitarian related impact on the targeted population). • Write activities reports e.g.: the OFDA/AICS monthly reports, monitoring ECHO reports, field visits, meetings, training, and workshops, as requested.• Communicate with the relevant project interlocutors accordingly (local authorities and international humanitarian actors).• Management of referral cases mapping and referral pathways. • On delegation, represent the organization in coordination meetings, bilateral meetings with stakeholders/partners, training, workshops.• Work closely with the logistics team to determine and supervise the stock management and raise issues or recommendations when needed.• Prepare PSRs/SROs accordingly.• Plan and supervise, in close collaboration with the HR the training and workshops activities.
