  In a school of 4200 students I was responsible for 700 students aged 4 to 18. I led a team of 6 Managers with a total team of 27. This involved all aspects of their pastoral welfare and linking this to their academic profile and instigating appropriate and effective intervention when necessary. My House achieved its best ever academic results in 2015. I also developed whole school behaviour guidelines, led the school data analysis group and was part of the Quality Assurance programme.
