  Initially hired as a System Test Technician for this Telecommunications Industry leader. - Rapidly advanced to Customer Support Engineer, Field Service Specialist and later promoted to Resident Support Specialist as a result of product knowledge, project/service performance and training skills. - Performed contract work for Siemens to the U.S Army while assigned in Manheim, Germany. - Provided hardware and software support for several EWSD switches. - Troubleshot the Armys trunk-to-trunk routing network. - Developed possible solutions on special projects. - Trained European nationals after cut over of the EWSD switch.
