Lead the innovation front for supply chain transformation for more than 10 countries. Had to manage several internal (operations managers, finance department, innovation teams, etc.) and external (technology providers, partners, suppliers, etc.) stakeholders to guarantee the projects' success.- Designed a new project methodology for pilots and proof-of-concepts (PoCs) where I monitored the feasibility, viability, and desirability of the project, increasing the approval of pilots and PoCs by ~15%. - Created the department's strategy that allowed the team to have a sustainable pipeline of transformation projects, structured risk management methodology, and manage up to 8 projects at the same time.- Created the first in-house innovation program in the Central American region, where I received approximately 250 participants across ~10 different countries and created PoCs for the 3 winning teams.
