  As chair, my responsibilities included managing a planning committee for the Human Factors & Applied Psychology (HFAP) Conference. My main focus was to ensure the conference remained on schedule and within budget, along with delivering a valuable and professional environment for students, from a variety of universities and diverse backgrounds to present their research. This year, the conference featured over 50 student lecture and poster presentations, a keynote address from Disney's Human Factors & Ergonomic Specialist, Dr. Robert Allen, an alumni panel discussion, and an award ceremony. I introduced project management tools, such as brainstorming, Work Breakdown Structure, and Gantt Charts to assist my team in understanding the event scope and performance expectations. Show less

  My responsibilities include area development projects throughout Walt Disney World Parks and Resorts. For each project, I create illustrative graphics and 3D models for presentations and estimating, as well as bid and construct documents. Additionally, I develop and distribute visually engaging, interactive reports for landscape focused Show Quality Standards, used by Disney Horticulture and other disciplines for maintenance and planning.
