  As Program Director I am involved in the expansion and implementation of services to our clients. I work directly with clients in both group and individual counseling, and am also responsible for development of several projects aimed at constant improvement of our level of service and the success of our clients. In 2013, We to launched our Job Skills Development Program to better prepare these women to return to the workplace. We are currently collaborating with Stella Maris, Inc to teach our program to their agency and to join forces in locating employment resources for our clients.Currently I am working on the expansion of The Edna House program as a whole in order to service the ever-increasing need for rehabilitation of alcohol and drug addicted women.
