  - supporting EVPN,AVPN and MLAN services worldwide- responsible for implementing changes and troubleshooting issues, mostly interactively on a call with customer`s technician (MPLS WAN connection used to interconnect customer`s branch offices)- changes involves routing (static routing, EIGRP, OSPF, BGP) setup between at&t routers and customer network, NAT, FHRP (VRRP, HSRP, GLBP), managed LAN implementation (CISCO switches – VLANs, PortChannels etc.) and also more complex end-to-end QOS solutions - Netflow, SNMP, ACLs, IP SLA,VRF, IPSec- responsible for technical validation of solutions, updates to at&t internal databases in order to ensure that a customer service is managed, measured and billed correctly- Customer facing activities include verifying technical requirements, migration technical planning and scheduling cut-overs to at&t service, creating proposals and presenting it to clients.
