  Propriety training program designed to gain proficiency as an insurance professional. This is accomplished by rotations within various Geico departments. As a 4-40 licensed agent, I worked in our Service Department for one year before rotating to our Sales Team for six months. After completing the requirements for these departments, I was promoted onto our Claims Department becoming an Adjuster with a 6-20 license. My main objective is to assist our policy holders through the claims process from beginning to end. This includes: determining Liability, handling Damands from lawyers, filing Arbitration with other insurance carriers, and adjusting for Property Damage and Personal Injury Protection.
