      - Organize and supervise the activities and work of a small team of subordinates to ensure that all work within a specific area of activity is carried out in an efficient and procedural compliant manner- Process continuous enhancement, searching for preventive procedures to prohibit the frequent of problems- Managing the new acquired locations for IT requirements (LAN, AP, UPS, etc.) and following up with contractors & consultants- Involvement in new products or services implementation and suggests changes to them if required for better user experience - Responsible for Documenting, tracking and monitoring work orders to ensure accurate and timely resolution.- Provide network related support to users further to requests for new connections or modifications to existing network connections- Provide basic file server management services.
