  − Gained full on experience on the daily workings of an architectural firm.− Started with changes to floorplans on a mall in Douala, Cameroon.− Changes to the 3D models to residential units in Beitbridge, Zimbabwe.− Design input on student housing in North-West.− Council runs to submit, retrieve, and adjust council documents for various projects.− Site visits to document the construction process of a residential project.− Principal designer on a rooftop venue project in Hazelwood. The client wanted to add a bar and kitchen with seating to an existing buildings’ roof. Designed the project, had meetings with the client, contractors, and engineers. Completed and submitted council drawings for approval. Did renderings and presentation drawings for marketing.− Dealt with the council submission on two clients’ additions to their houses.− Site visit to measure up existing maintenance facility at a building, did the design for the relocation and up-cycle of the maintenance facility in Pretoria. Renderings for marketing purposes.− Principal agent on a residential project in Rietondale. A previous colleague designed and completed the 2 units on the site. I handled the clients, site hand-over, groundbreaking and council approval process. Worked with the engineers and the contractors.− Principal agent for additions to a client’s house in Oubaai, George. A second-floor bedroom was designed. Dealt with the HOA to approve the changes− Principle designer and agent on a plant processing facility in Pretoria. Alongside one of the directors, I designed the facility while we got advice from specialists regarding the subject.
