      I worked as a procurement analyst for the transnational company GBP-NEFTEGAZ in Venezuela as an outsourcing for the largest interstate oil company in the country.My responsibilities were:Consolidate the material needs of the 9 different managers by group/type of items.Make or request and analyze the basic budget for each process, indicated for each type of material.Create a file for each administrative process for the approval of the Board of Directors.Make the schedule to receive bids from bidders.Evaluate, together with the user of the supply, the offer that best adapts to the requirement of the material.Analyze the best offer based on delivery time and price, compared to the budget.Present the results of the process and the evaluations to the board of directors to request their approval.Make the purchase order and follow up on receipt of materials.Tools used:SAP MM, for the entire internal administrative process of the company, from the material request by the user to the material delivery process and payment management.MS Word, for common general files for the administrative and authorization process.MS Excel, to make documents, organize, consolidate, calculate, create macros, and any other needs.MS PowerPoint, to submit requests and display results for board approval.MS Access, to track and manage the stages of each process.Budget and executed efforts:2016: $20,283,750 in 38 processes.2017: $10,518,644 in 44 processes. 2018: $1,147,348 in 5 processes.
