  In collaboration with the Faculty of Pharmacy, Department of Pharmacognosy at Ain Shams University and University of Graz. I conducted cutting-edge phytochemical analysis techniques on extracts of Medicinal Plants growing in Egypt by utilizing advanced analytical techniques. The research focused on determining the effect of the type of extracting solvent and seasonal variations on the chemical composition and consequently the anti-inflammatory properties of these medicinal plants.My findings were published in an international scientific journal, showcasing the significance of optimizing the extraction of medicinal plants and how it contributes to sustainability.
