Estimated and priced controls projects for clients. Managed up to 4 contractors with 10 different vendor personnel. Networked and integrated multivendor equipment into JCI platforms. Perform proof of concepts and security assessments. ✔ Successfully delivered capital and expense data center infrastructure initiatives valued at up to $5.5M, ensuring project completion without unexpected downtime, outages, or impacts to production. ✔ Contributed to increasing power capacity in Denver campus by playing role in module data center (MDC) project; participated in designing, building, installing, and commissioning Visa’s fist MDC, providing additional 1MW of critical power with utilization in any country worldwide. New solution earned nomination by Data Center Dynamics for Best in Design Global Innovation Award (2021).✔ Led team in spearheading 2017 generator controls replacement project, including identifying suitable solutions and ensuring zero downtime during installation. Sourced new product, procured equipment, and conducted tests to ensure functionality.
