  In February 2018, started a business selling, trading and buying slightly used sporting equipment. This included all different types of sports and would post the equipment online to sell, trade and buy. Creatively post the equipment with videos, pictures, and manuals to demonstrate the products and to show the condition.

  Sports referee

  In January 2019, took my on-ice test and classroom course to be certified as a Level 1 Hockey Referee. I have been a referee since and refed many games at the mite and squirt level. I plan on continuing to ref games and obtain my Level 2 Certification.

  Worked as an intern learning the tasks of a construction manager. I was moved around from department to department over the course of the internship. I went from estimating, purchasing, scheduling to on-site management. I was even responsible for the punchlist for one residential building in New York City.

  Summer Intern assisted in the day-to-day posting of vacant apartment videos and listing photos. Traveled New York City to visit company owned buildings. Took pictures of residential apartments using a 3D camera to make video. Used photoshop to enhance the images to fix any problems or clean up if necessary.

  Summer Intern located on an ongoing construction site at 312 W 43rd Street New York, New York. It is a mixed-use project with 330 residential units and retail on the ground floor. During my internship, I gained hands-on experience working in NYC and with a major construction company. I assisted construction managers and superintendents by supporting with project tasks, documenting progress, visiting on site, and collaborating with team members. I learn construction processes, safety protocols, and project management practices while contributing to real-world projects that helped with my professional development. Show less

It is a premier brokerage firm that features thousands of luxury properties for sale/rent nationally & internationally. The Company also offers search services and relocation services to individuals, families, and corporate executives. I worked in the Corcoran New Development Group that works side-by-side with development and design professionals to create marketing strategies to sell or lease new residential properties across New York City. My daily tasks included shopping competitive properties, creating spreadsheets comparing amenities, apartment finishes, rent and fees, completing tours with prospective tenants, working on social media posts and completing pricing grids and differentiating apartment premiums like views and efficient desirable layouts.
