Championed a philosophy of roll hardness control and gauge uniformity improvement. Led a team in Buffalo NY to reduce customer complaints for Tedlar film planarity by 90% in 2011. Assessed new manufacturing tolling partners during major business growth. Helped builld stronger relationships with major customers based on data sharing, direct visits, and joint trials to better understand fitness for use.
