  Developed program utilizing students to support classroom mediation across campus. This allowed for 30% reduction in cost per classroom.Designed mediated systems across campus, working with multiple departments to bring a unified approach. Supported mediation technology throughout campus. Through new designs and quality control we saw a greater than 50% reduction in classroom emergencies while at the same time we increased the total number of mediated spaces.Programmed Crestron systems throughout campus while also supporting existing Extron and AMX software updates. I also developed and trained a team of student employees to program Crestron systems.Preformed Desk side support for our LMS, Lecture Capture, Collaboration Platform and other learning space technologies across campus.   Manage a team of full-time staff and students focused on the implementation, maintenance and client support of over 7 million dollars of AV equipment across campus. Produce a strategic vision for the department to ensure UNCG classrooms meet the needs of Faculty and Students to promote successful learning outcomes.Maintain an accurate 8-year replacement cycle budget to allow the University to plan funding for classroom spaces.
