  Current Responsibilities:1.Entrusted with responsibilities of managing end to end functions entailed in improving Michelin retread production and quality.2.Proactively involved in controlling Renew sale and quality in total 13 Renew & Recamic retread centers.3.Ensuring improvement in process quality by conducting monthly audits.4.Tasked with functions entailed in improving Michelin Recamic and Renew tread belt sales and Michelin casing collection.Significant Achievements :1.Played a key role in the sale of all 1500 rejected casing tyres for INR 37.5 lacs within a month’s time, thereby generating a profit of INR 31.5 lacs. This was done through identification of a dealer who would buy the rejected casing tyres at INR 2500 each.2.Instrumental in facilitating the sale of Michelin Tier 2 treads to Five Certified Michelin retread shops who had stopped buying for 6 months. Visited all five retread shops frequently, interacted with manager to find out the reason for not buying, and problem identification. Resolved all problems and restarted sales within a period of two months causing an additional INR 8 lacs business to the company. Show less Key Contributions:1.Essayed an integral role in reducing rejection rate of casing tyres of a certain fleet from 40 percent to 10 percent by visiting and auditing the fleet area, changing the inspection tools and giving rigorous trainings to technicians. Brought about a saving of INR 10 lacs every month to the company2.Successfully worked at 8 retread shops until the shop got qualified as a Certified Michelin retread shop.3.Actively involved in the selection of operators for Recamic production and machine installation support.4.Imparted highly effective trainings on Michelin retread process, machine maintenance, quality and inventory management 5.Effectively discharged with all functions entailed in pre-approval to certify the Recamic retread shop, weekly and monthly quality and production management and casing collection support for Recamic production improvement 3.6.Contributed to pre-auditing for qualification and yearly assessment audit certification.7.Led key endeavors to revamp the training process by training the selected operators with existing experienced operators and then after one month visited the same plant to continue further process till certification.
