  In the field of MEDITS programme (Mediterranean International Trawl Survey), I carried out a research laboratory, I dealed about survey of parameters morfologics and gravimetrics in relation to target species of Mediterranean Sea.Histologic analysis perteined to mainly the reproductives aspects.Thanks to these methods it was possible for me to abstain informations about periods of sexual maturity and about reproductive potential of the species analised.
