      As an Associate Advertising Sales Manager, I was responsible for growing enterprise business in Poland by developing and maintaining relationships with marketing agencies and direct clients. I successfully achieved 150% Revenue Quota in 2023, secured first signed orders with 2 out of big 5 advertising agencies, and contributed to Poland's first client certification session. Additionally, I supported the Marketing and Product Teams by localising and adapting new products to the Polish language. In my role as an Advertising Sales Intern, I conducted sales development research and outreach to prospective clients. Progressing to independent sales management within months, I successfully transitioned into a full-time role, fast-tracked due to high performance in managing the Polish market. Additionally, I was one of 15 employees selected for the PILOT Development Programme.
