      Departmental Leading Chief Petty Officer- Managed 15 military specialists from different Divisions in coordinating and maintaining logistic and maritime support for Navy ships operating in and outside the Arabian Gulf.- Utilized Microsoft products (excel, outlook, word) in the preparation of briefs that were to be briefed on the battle rhythm in the Fifth Fleet Area of Responsibility (AOR).- Maintained the Global and Command System and Mako Client to report and transmit current ships positions and the coordination with Fleet Watch and other Task Force Watch standers with C2 mission support data.- Worked across five Task Forces to ensure Force Protection requirements were meet in over 50 port visits for 35 ships throughout the AOR. Conducted multiple site visits to five ports within the Oman country in coordination with Port Operations, Husbanding Agent and local NCIS agents to ensure the security and safety of the ship and it’s personnel were in compliance and to the arriving combatant and logistics ship and briefed ship’s Captain and crew on the threat assessment for the visiting port.- Responsible for operations, maintenance and sustainment support of NAVCENT C2 systems. Additionally in the integration and operations of C4I systems, including GCCS, Agile Client and Mako Client. Provides technical advisement to the commander on system employment options, capabilities, and configuration management for all C2 systems.- Assisted users in Agile Client configuration and operation for desktop view of the COP in support of the NAVCENT movements of logistics of war fighting ships.- Prepared Commanders Morning Briefings utilizing power point w/ GCCS snapshots for higher leadership Command and Control updates. Show less Departmental Leading Chief Petty Officer- Supervised 40 Sailors and 9 civilians in the completion of 30 War games and conferences for participants from all joint services and over 100 countries.- Supervised the setup of approx. 20 game rooms with the room layout of setting up and installation of multiple computers and operating projection and VTC equipment being utilized during war gaming exercises.- Coordinated 500+ transportation movements during the Chief of Naval Operations 21st International Sea Power Symposium. Oversaw 80+ Navy drivers, 75 vehicles and commercial buses for 400+ visitors, representing 113 countries, including 80 Heads of Navy and 25 Heads of Coast Guard. Show less Departmental Leading Chief Petty Officer- Managed a 2.4 million budget to develop critically needed student and instructor workspaces; renovated the stand alone trainer to better train personal that were going to be serving on the watch floor.- Utilized software equipment and telephone communication equipment in the preparation of high level briefs or events that occurred within the NORTHCOM AOR. Maintained the Emergency Action program that provided FPCON level changes and directions to subordinates originating from the President, SECDEF or Joint Chiefs of Staff.- Facilitated students DSCA tours with FEMA and local mission partners in the demonstration of inter-agency coordination and disaster response plans.- As the J73 Security Manager, was responsible for ensuring the Department was conducted the implementation of security policies and procedures in support of NORAD/USNORTHCOM personnel, information, physical and operational security. Coordinated and oversaw two work places were in compliance and approved to be open storage by the Peterson Air Force Base security managers. Providing track management via sensor, identification and data link management for the identification and tracking of surface and air craft around the battlegroup and transmitting the information to United States and coalition forces operating in the Area of Responsibility (AOR).- Operated and trained personnel the Global Command and Control system (GCCS-M) with in-depth overview of the Over –the Horizon Targeting (OTH-T) Command, Control, Communications, Computers and Intelligence (C4I) architecture.- As the Watch Supervisor was responsible for performing extensive system troubleshooting, configurations and operations of mission command networks and C2 systems and other data systems to include 23 consoles, data link systems and multiple communication circuits/connections. This enabled personnel to operate and disseminate combat information to be processed thru data link systems and radiotelephones.- Responded to help desk tickets and document actions taken to identify and resolve problems returning the user's system back to the service standards.- Experienced with the configuration and operations of UHF/HF radios (voice and data) communications, patch panels and various crypto logical devices.- Responsible for supervising and assisting operators in entering new tracks, updating existing tracks, deleting old tracks and creating managing track display filters to maintain optimum situational awareness of unit activities.
