      Over the years I've worked in the Agency Reporting and Billing areas using COBOL, JCL, batch processing, and DB2 stored procedures. I have most recently been working in the Office Of Customer Relations using IBI/TIBCO WebFOCUS (BI tool). For the last 15 years I have been responsible for over building portals, nightly batch jobs, ad-hoc reporting and over 175 scheduled self delivering reports.
