  I am a safety engineer with TGCTP Company following 2nd stage compression project at REG CPF;- Monitoring scaffolding subcontractor (PTW audit and scaffold inspection work organisation).- Preparing Lifting assessment and TRA for lifting operation.- Assisting and monitoring CSE (confined space entry).- Preparing TRA for welding and hydro test work.  Ensure site’s HSE policies, goals and targets are effectively implemented . Conduct safety training for all new recruit and staff.  Observe and monitor the implementation of site HSE standards. Compile and submit HSE reports on a daily/weekly/monthly basis as required by site HSE Plan.  Collate HSE inputs, ( meetings, toolbox talks etc.), and assist with identifying hazard trends and training requirements. .....
