The FA Skills is a unique football coaching programme that gives 5-11s of all abilities the opportunity to get active, learn new football skills and enjoy the game. We’ve been providing high quality football coaching courses for children since 2007 and have to date provided over 3 million child places on the programme, aiming to reach 4.7 million children by 2014.FA Skills is a nationwide initiative run by The Football Association and funded by Sport England. We provide after-school football coaching, holiday football coaching, support for charter standard football clubs and we also work within primary schools providing specialist football coaching. Our aim is to develop better and more technically gifted football players but also to give every child the opportunity to be the best that they can be. The FA Skills is based on a unique FA coaching model that helps boys and girls of all abilities to grow, develop their skills and to reach their potential. The FA four corner model encompasses four key attributes that are vital for any developing young footballer: Physical, Technical, Psychological and Social elements, helping children to develop more than just their football skills – we’ll help them to gain confidence, build self-esteem, learn to work as team and improve their decision making.Your child can take part in The FA Skills programme through their primary school or by signing up to take part in our regular after school Skills Centres and free holiday football coaching sessions. Director and Head Coach

OUR MISSIONThe iCue Academy was launched on the Isle of Man in 2016, with the mission of creating a pathway in football for children of all abilities, aged from 2 to 16. Through a variety of different sessions, we aim to ensure that children can access football appropriate to them – be that a fun introduction to the game, a place they can play with friends, somewhere they can receive support to improve their skills, or a competitive environment in which they can become the best player they can! As well as providing a variety of session options to children of all ages, we run community events to raise funds for local charities on the Island and deliver a Coach Development Program, which provides an introduction to coaching for local youngsters and ongoing mentoring and support opportunities.OUR VALUESConnecting – As people we actively develop connections with one another, to share our values and ideas. As footballers we develop a deep connection with the ball and as a company we seek a connection with the local communityUnderstanding – As people we aim to understand one another, the impact we can have, respecting our differences and individual strengths. As footballers we try to understand the game and become independant yet collaborative thinkers. As a company we try to understand you and your needs, so we can continue to provide the most positive experience to all our members.Evolving – As people, footballers and a company we must look to continually adapt, grow and develop. There are opportunities to learn and improve individually and collective every day, if we’re open minded and willing. Show less

Lead a team of coaching staff who report to the first team Manager of Senior Men's Team, Corinthians FC.
