      I managed the “Lead Provider Model” contract for Buckinghamshire Partnership (Buckinghamshire County Council, Aylesbury Vale C.C.G and Chiltern C.C.G) which includes management of :-Integrated Community Equipment Service-Approved repairer and provision of equipment for Wheelchair Services-Continence Home Delivery Service-Environmental Control Systems-Assistive Technology Contractors such as Monitoring and Physical Response contractors-Domestic Lift Maintenance (for all “lifting” equipment provided through the district Councils)-All “minor adaptation” subcontractors.(minor building work)I was responsible for the integration of the above services and others within the strategic plans of the Partnership into a cohesive structure including management of transition for TUPE Staff.I managed of NRS operational team (circa 43 staff) to ensure all Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements were met and exceededI was accountable for all Profit & Loss, KPIs, Customer service, Health and Safety, H.R. issues and escalations.My Key Achievements included:•Implementing a new contract over 3 phases starting in September 2014 integrating multiple services previously run separately into one contract which provides a single point of access for both service users and clinicians and a complete set of Management Information, KPIs and Performance figures for the Commissioners. •Writing end to end pathways for all elements of the new service (where possible including the customer processes for ease of use)•Writing the Business Continuity Plan for the service to ensure all aspects of the service were covered both internally and by contractors. Show less KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:•Managing an established Integrated Community Equipment Service (ICES) contract and an “Approved Repairer” service for Wheelchair Services.•Working with the Warwickshire ICES team (Warwickshire County Council and PCT) to provide a “self-funder” option for service users wishing to purchase their own equipment and seeking help and advice as well as a “try before you buy” showroom.•Provide support and training to all staff during the implementation of the company's new Infection Control policy and associated new decontamination facility.•Worked alongside the ICES Team to provide an Assistive Technology solution for a district of the county that had previously been unable to access lifelines and pendant alarms.• Held accountability for the contract including but not limited to KPIs, P&L, Risk management, Health and Safety and escalations.KEY ACHIEVEMENTS:•Implementation of ISO 14001 Environmental Quality Management System as half of the company's initial accreditation.•Implementation of ISO 27001 Information Security Management System as part of the company's initial accreditation.•Implemented the “Approved Repairer” contract won by NRS and managed the transition from internal NHS service to “outside provider”.
