      During my internship, I spearheaded projects focusing on the Efflux pump characterization and AMR combinatorial therapy in *Klebsiella pneumoniae* . Utilizing a range of tools and servers such as PyMOL and PyRx, I conducted functional characterization of proteins and molecular docking studies. This hands-on experience not only deepened my understanding of bioinformatics but also honed my skills in protein purification techniques and HPLC analysis. Through these projects, I gained invaluable insights into the intricate mechanisms underlying bacterial resistance and contributed to the advancement of antimicrobial research. Show less
