Provided strategic direction and leadership to the Project Management Office (contractual reporting, subcontract management, staffing) for large IT contract. Managed 250+ personnel and 50+ teammate companies with full P&L responsibility of $15 to $120M annually. Various management and technical roles across a large customer base. Started with General Electric in 1991 until Martin Marietta acquired organization in 1994. In 1995, merged with Lockheed to become Lockheed Martin. In 2016, merged with Leidos.
