  Turned around this territory that was bleeding. Revamped and rebuilt the photography, sales and operations departments of this territory. Rebuilt the number of accounts the territory had and reestablished the reputation of the company within the service territory area. Within a year, we were net new from a sales standpoint for the first time in eight years.

  Lead and work with amazing photography and studio sales teams across the great state of Texas. Leading the fearless, amazing photographers (along side a world class leadership team) at TEAM Cady in the greater North Texas area. We partner with high schools and tell the amazing stories of graduating seniors. We help shape the lives of the upcoming generation by helping them celebrate their accomplishments by award winning portraits that will be cherished for years and generations to come. Currently leading a photography team while creating new leaders that consists of 90 photographers in two studio locations. We partner with 50 high schools in the DFW area providing photographic services to the schools. We tell the amazing stories of individual seniors through award winning and industry leading stylish images.
