Annual sales approximately $240 million.As part of the global sales team my main responsibilities were: • Secure new growth programs ( Business Development) for the German speaking market, Southern Europe, Middle East & Africa and Eastern Europe. • Conduct reviews on accounts on regular basis to evaluate clients’ demands and usage of account; determine types of services/products and prices/fees satisfying the clients’ needs as well as the organization’s objectives; • Establish monthly key activity reports; clarify customer & competitor activities, planned actions, - • Leader in managing Opportunity Funnel for sales growth program• Negotiating and finalizing long term agreements with existing and new accounts. Show less Planning orders in the satellite plants on the basis of customer orders; track and trace orders, consent customers and satellite plants to delivery problems or changes in regular order flows - Coordinate and planning all order/transportation related information to customers, outside sales, warehouses and plants, tracks timely deliveries - Planning inventory levels in order to maintain the safety inventory; - Identify usage patterns, customer sales prognoses, plants delivery performance, etc., planning adjustments of inventory and ordering parameters - Report monthly OTD Report against CRD and OPD for customer’s deliveriesMake sure that the logistic channel, from order income to product delivery, runs smoothly and correct - Handle all relevant correspondence with customer - Monitor the Surplus Inventory Report every month: gather all dates from colleagues’ territory and keep track on all the extra parts we have in our warehouse - Monitor logistic channels/performance to ensure OTD, coordinate with forwarders, fill out necessary forms, act in case of problems - Communicate regularly with customers and outside sales regarding issues and progress - Act as a liaison to (potential) customers and agents concerning product assortment, delivery, pricing and other inquiries, discuss with sales regarding issues, send documentation - Document customer files and ensure that customer information is accurate and updated - Provide sales with necessary information - Custom work instructions for important accounts - Create proformas and miscellaneous invoices - Customer visits in order to improve the relation - Investigate incidents (Logistic, Quality, Price etc) and submit credit note requests to management if applicable - Provide customers specific documentation (Invoice, Packing list, ATR, Certificate of Origin, Certificate of Conformance) Show less
