Access Management:• Grant/Edit/Revoke Share Point access as and when required• Bay access reconciliation on monthly basis.• Share Drive (Domain ID) reconciliation on quarterly basis.• Revoke/Grant Service-Now access in case of Roll on/Roll off• Tracking change in SAP access/revoke SAP access to make sure that Project is adhering to Sox Compliance policies. • Updating the Distribution List as per the latest headcount of Project. Create/Delete DL as and when required. Logistic Support • Worked on Capacity Management. • Publish Resource wise Seat allocation report to top Level Management for Workstation Management. • Single handedly completed project movement from Magarpatta office to Hinjewadi Office.• Handled Project Level Transport issues. • Create Shift roster for whole project by taking final copies from respective team leads.
