      Instructor for two sections of "Framing your Career Plan" for the Fall and one section in the Winter and Spring terms. In this course, students will explore the job search process and learn best practices for conducting an intentional internship/job search. Throughout, they will gain valuable knowledge on how to best communicate their skills and experiences to future employers and develop a career portfolio and implementation plan to help them reach their career aspirations. We spend a good amount of time discussing how to interview and prepare a professional career plan. This includes a Gap Analysis intended to help them identify areas in their professional portfolio that could use improvement to help them reach their goals, both immediately after graduation and later down the road as they progress in their career.
