  • Receiving invoices, receipts, purchase orders from customers and suppliers and forwarding them to the accountant for processing• Recording of all accounts including all items and those purchased by other employees.• Book keeping reconciliation• Preparing bank documents• Preparation and follow up of purchases requests and submitting them to the accountant.• Updating procurement of assets information in the asset register and all other items acquired by the clinic.• Make purchases from petty cash as directed by the accountant and with approval from the relevant authorities to meet immediate needs of the clinic.• Preparation, filing and submission of all tax documents to the tax authorities as directed by the Accountant.• Maintaining Lilongwe Private Clinic sales, purchases and Cashbooks.• Bank Reconciliation as per the statements from the bank and the cashbooks.• Any other duties as assigned by the Accountant Show less
