Performed under intense pressure during Boeing’s 787 battery fire-crisis as a key member of the “Tell Our Story” (TOS) team. Directed creation of 106 deliverables for TOS team by CS team of 55 persons working 1,500 hours, in a three month period. Public release of videos, infographics, statements, and influencer material reversed negative global sentiment to pre-fire levels as measured by social media analytics.Led and mentored teams to perform in dynamic, changing environments with multiple demands, competing interests, and changing deadlines. Helped to scope, approve, staff, initiate, execute, monitor and deliver projects while resolving issues and managing stakeholders’change-orders.
