As Director of Legal & Business Affairs of Shine 360°, Tom was based in the London headquarters of the Shine Group.The division’s remit is to build engaging consumer relationships around the company’s portfolio of brands, bringing television formats to life 365 days per year.The Shine 360° Group team is responsible for developing and managing ancillary opportunities for Shine owned and controlled brands and formats on a local territory by territory basis and for global and multi-territory initiatives.The Director of Legal & Business Affairs is responsible for all legal and business affairs functions for the Group 360° team, and participates as a key senior member of that team in terms of development of group strategy, multi-territory partnerships and business innovation.
