  I was responsible for the creation, modeling, and maintenance of the company’s MySQL transactional database. The company held official online auctions for the Commercial Registry of the State of São Paulo, 100% online, an innovation in 2009. ▪ Key results of the work: A 90% reduction in the delivery time of an auctioned lot through a bank and tax integration developed via the database. While competitors took 45 days to deliver, we were able to deliver in just 1 day. In addition to the operational gains achieved, we started data analysis work focused on producing optimized auctions, based on the best-selling lots with estimated average prices, bringing revenue predictability through predictive data analysis. Key clients and projects served: Unidas Rent a Car: Directly responsible for the company’s database processes, from maintaining stores in airports to high-traffic public areas. ▪ Main projects: Reports Portal, aimed at unifying all the data the company used to provide shareholders with the company’s results and performance. Automatic Car Deactivation: An automated process via the database aimed at removing cars that would no longer be rented to begin the resale process as used vehicles. The process initially involved four employees working daily, but through a database process, everything was automated. A process that used to take about 15 minutes per car was able to deactivate more than 200 vehicles in less than 45 seconds. ▪ Carglass Brazil: ERP Migration to Dynamics AX I was responsible for the database area during the company’s ERP migration to Dynamics AX, focusing on modeling, data migration, and Business Intelligence. ▪ EISA – Empresa Interagrícola S/A I was responsible for maintaining the company’s BI, which is present in more than 41 offices worldwide. The project aimed to unify data from all the company’s offices globally, dealing with commodities traded on the Stock Exchange and measuring financial contracts worth hundreds of millions of dollars.   After two years as a partner at DBEX It Solutions, a company specializing in databases, another one of my team members completed their vesting, and together with the founder, we decided to start Netbrokers. Unlike DBEX, Netbrokers was born with a digital transformation DNA, with a broader focus on software development, personalized pricing, data governance, data analytics and artificial intelligence. Key Clients and Projects: ▪ Unidas and Localiza Merger: Netbrokers was responsible for the merger and migration of the databases and billing processes of the car rental services between the two companies, managing support and maintenance for 670 stores nationwide, 190 used car stores, an estimated fleet of 455,000 vehicles, around 16,000 employees, and over 12 million customers. ▪ Grupo Pailon: Netbrokers was responsible for automating billing of over R$ 100 million annually, issuing invoices every 3 seconds for the municipality of Santana de Parnaíba, which does not provide API integrations. ▪ LM Mobilidade: We developed a fully customized vehicle rental pricing system for the Volkswagen Group company.
