   Entertain and monitor TNB customers complaints (SMB ADUAN) via verbally or written.  Conduct DRH meeting between internal departments to discuss about technical issues encounter at site. Prepare weekly report and submit to Head of department (HOD). Prepare monthly action taken report to TNB customer. Familiarize with Toshiba product such as Vacuum Circuit Breakers (VCB), Feeder Pillars (FP) ,Ring Main Units (RMU), Gas Insulated Switchgears (GIS), Air Insulated Switchgears (AIS), Compact Substation Unit (CSU), Control Relay Panels (CRP), Mobile Substations Unit (MSU) & Protection Relay (OCEF). Coordinate with site team & other stakeholders for product complaint rectification work. Troubleshoot and simulate OCEF Toshiba GRE110 protection relay which is faulty and prepare Root Cause Analysis (RCA) report to customers. Organize monthly analysis on product complaint & come out with solution / improvement. Prepare & submit service report via TNB SMB Portal, once rectification work is completed at site.
