  1. Establish and maintain the HSE strategy and culture from top management down to shop floors, and lead the management team to continuous improvement by annual action plan2. Apply and maintain management system such as ISO 14001 and OSHA 18001, also make sure company system fits in with these wider systems3. Set HSE target and improvement plan based on HSE assessment by corporate, HSE data from company HSE system(Credit 360) and HSE performance4. Initiate HSE annual training plan, especially for major risks, cooperate with other department to implement these trainings including regulatory requirement and new employees orientation5.
