  I worked as a team lead of the team that improved the experience of Wise multi-currency debit card users. The team introduced mobile wallets (Apple Pay, Google Pay, etc) and virtual cards, did countless card order flow improvements while helping to introduce Wise Visa cards with in-house card processing and launch both consumer and business debit cards in 40+ countries. I grew from leading a single team to supporting 3 different teams and their leads, all in debit card space. I was working in a team that successfully launched the Wise multi-currency debit card product. I got to work on creating a card ordering flow and improving reconciliation and settlement of card payments.
