In order to obtain a PSMB (Pembangunan Sumber Manusia Berhad) license, we require lecturers and professionals within the office. The expenses for training will be reimbursed through the Government Fund, which is funded by companies with more than 50 employees. Other than HRDF, we applied to become an Institute. We've gathered approximately 50 students for automotive and computer training. Our objective is to formulate, create, and execute a strategic plan for their company in the most efficient and cost-effective manner.   I was involved in organising an event and exhibition prior to the World's Largest Rubber Glove Exhibition, International Rubber Glove Conference & Exhibition (IRGCE), at the Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre (KLCC). IRGCE 2022 was very successful and earned a good commendation for Malaysia and MARGMA in the rubber glove industry with 547 exhibition booths which included products like gloves, chemicals, machinery and equipment, raw materials, packaging materials, disposable medical devices and etc. As an exhibition organiser, I am responsible for bringing exhibitors, sponsors, and visitors together to create an engaging and memorable event. I travel Internationally and exhibit at World Medical Exhibitions to bring in exhibitors and visitors. My job is to ensure that every detail of the exhibition-from promotional activities to logistics- is meticulously planned and executed to deliver a successful event that meets the needs and expectations of all stakeholders involved. As an organiser, my role requires strong project management skills, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a deep understanding of industry trends and market demands.
