      Macro/Micro analysis of supply/demand as well as forecasting for eastern half of the United States. Lead 17 staff in running inventory control and local yard operations. Duties include supervising and increasing each east coast vessel's load factor percentage through maximizing empty container loading. In charge of 11 staff covering ports from Maine as far inland as Tennessee and as far south as Florida. All aspects of EQ control, supply/demand forecast, vessel space monitoring for empty loading, off-hire/disposal of EQ, empty repositioning by rail/truck...etc.Started in the Salt Lake City Office in charge of Portland EQ Control, 2 years later Vancouver, B.C EQ and 1 year later Seattle EQ, before being made supervisor over the Pacific Northwest. The Salt Lake City Office closed 11/1/08 and I was offered a position in the ATL office (near my family).
