  The aim of this mission was to provide a web interface for a Dynamic 3DSecure solution for online payments done with a card issued by an Austrian bank or a Luxembourg bank, managed by Cetrel/Six.I was the main Analyst-developer of a team of two Developers and one Test engineer. During this mission, i have done : - Deep analyze of the business requirements to translate into technical specifications. - Retro-engineering of the Core solution (black box) to determine the actions available on client side. - Follow up of the defects created to list the gaps between the Core solution (provided by a software company) and the business requirements. - Development of the web interface (html5, css3, JavaScript, JSP) - Tests and integration of the deliveries provided by the Software company to adapt the web interface in order to be aligned with the requirements.   My mission was to participate during the technical analysis and implementation phases of the first delivery of the new application in charge of the civil chain of the Luxembourgish justice.During this mission i took on the role of Workstream leader of the part "Affaires" of the civil chain and i oversaw of a second developer. We made all the "Affaires" developments successfully (low rate of return/defect on Jira - Bug tracking)The software was build on Java 7 with SWT 3.6 and DB2. Show less

  July 2017 - January 2018 :Involved in the creation of a new data mart for the MIFID II TAF regulation : - Technical analyst for the implementation of the Data mart, in association with the architecture team and the functional analysts - In charge of scope definition and activity plan for the team of 5 developers - Team leader for the integration of the developments and tasks repartition - Follow up with the analysts and the project manager - Support of the Test Competence Center during the UATThis Project allowed me to improve my skills in project management. The go live of the 2nd of January was a success.March 2017 - June 2017 :Involved in several medium projects : - Extract, load and expose new information in the data warehouse for the insurance activity of the bank - Extract information from one of the financial data mart to externalize the compute of the comission for the different providers of business (new customers, stock exchange activities) - Migration of SAP BO reports into the new in house systemMy participation of these projects was motivated to acquire more knowledge regarding the many activities of the data warehouse team. The two projects of extraction (linked to the insurance and stock exchange activities) allowed me to support the production run, day to day.October 2016 - February 2017 :Involved in the migration of the core banking system (BLS -> T24) : - Extraction of the main entities (BLS side) from the current data warehouse - Data mapping with the corresponding concept/fields of the new CBS (T24) - Enrichment of the data to align with the new mandatory concepts of T24 - Support of the team in charge of the loading of the extraction file into T24The aim of this project was to estimate the feasibility of the CBS migration by a first step involving the main concepts of the current systems used at the BIL.
